DAHR Oracle Desk - attest any Web2 API, per call

Provable "this value came from this URL at this time" for ANY https JSON API - the long tail of Web2 endpoints that Chainlink/Pyth price feeds do not cover. Supply { url, extract } and the desk does an attested fetch over the real bytes, pulls the named field with a safe deterministic selector (no code eval), and returns the value with a DAHR-style attestation a third party re-checks offline from the anchor alone. crypto-price / fx-rate / chain-height ship as convenience presets. Fee: 1 USDC per call.
